Flint & Gable started in 2008 with one crew and a rule Marty stole from his first foreman: build every roof like the next hailstorm is personal. Eighteen hail seasons later there are four crews, a paint truck, and a gutter machine, and the rule hasn't moved.

We're not the cheapest bid in the metro and we're not trying to be. We're the bid that itemizes decking before build day, answers the storm line at 2 am, and puts workmanship in writing for ten years. The math on that works out better than it sounds.

Most of the crew has been here five years or more. That matters more than any certificate on the wall: the person on your roof has done this hundreds of times, with the same people, in the same weather you're worried about.

The number you sign is the number you pay, unless you change the scope. Surprises are for birthdays.

The yard passes the barefoot test

Two magnet sweeps, one by the crew and one by the foreman. If your kid finds a nail, call us; the foreman mows your lawn all summer. Hasn't happened yet.
