Measure & spec
We measure the roof, probe the decking, and walk you through shingle and vent options at your kitchen table. One visit.
Build day
Crew of eight, dump trailer in the driveway by 7 am, tarps over the beds and the AC unit. Most roofs are watertight by dark.
Walkthrough
Foreman walks the yard and the attic with you. You sign off before we invoice, and the warranty paperwork arrives the same week.
“Tear-off at 7, watertight by 4, and I found exactly one nail in the yard. I looked hard.”
Asked at every kitchen table
How long does a replacement actually take?
Most single-family roofs in the metro are one day, tear-off to cleanup. Steep, cut-up, or tile roofs run two to three. We tell you before we start, and we don't leave a torn-off roof open overnight.
What's a Class 4 shingle and is it worth it?
It's the highest impact rating, tested against 2-inch steel balls, which is roughly what a bad KC hail day throws. Many MO and KS insurers discount premiums for it. On most roofs it adds about 10 to 15 percent to material cost.
Do you replace decking, and what does it cost?
We include the first two sheets in every bid. Beyond that it's priced per sheet, in writing, before we start. Nobody discovers a 'surprise' halfway through your build day.
